Coffee houses are a veritable institution in the Austrian capital Vienna – and are now officially recognized as such after being added to UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage list. One of the city’s biggest and best-loved coffee houses is Café Landtmann, and the owner told us how his family balances preserving tradition and keeping up with the times.
