Botanical Gardens 250th Anniversary and Quiz

Speaking of green London, here’s a quiz from Euromaxx:

Founded in 1759, it is one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world. More than 30,000 different plants grow in the park and its glasshouses. Here, too, is the world-famous Palm House, built in 1848. About a million visitors come here each year to stroll through the extensive grounds.

Our question is: What is the name of the famous botanical gardens that are celebrating their 250th anniversary this year, and where are they located?

Celebrating 250th year this summer, May to Sept, Happy Birthday!

If you found the answer, you can write to Euromaxx at:

The deadline is May 22nd. Please don’t forget the keyword: “Botanical Gardens”
